Set 2: 2 reps @ 76%

Set 3: 1 rep @ 81%

Set 4: 1 rep @ 78%

Set 5: 1 rep @ 83%

Set 6: 1 rep @ 86%

  • Shorter sets than you want on the snatches.
  • Reach on the pull-ups if you can.

Detailed

If looking at break times on a light snatch, or a set of pull-ups, the pull-up break will alwasy be longer. So don’t be afraid to drop the bar before you want to, knowing the break will be very manageable.
