Every new member of CrossFit Bangor, experienced or not, attends a Free Class. To sign up for a Free Class click the button below. If you are new to CrossFit and have attended a Free Class you will then go through a 4 session On Ramp course.This is a one on one course where we will get you as prepared as possible to attend CrossFit classes and successfully reach your fitness goals.
A short answer to this is value. Most gym memberships are simply a rental agreement. Unless you are attending specific classes that the gym offers you are simply renting their space and equipment for a small amount of time each day. What you get from a membership at a CrossFit gym is the value of guidance. All the thinking has been done for you. All you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of.
