  • reps do not have to be consecutive
  • if you do not complete the designated amount of reps for that minute , start back at the beginning (1 rep then 2 reps on the following min., etc) until 15 minutes have passed
  • score total reps prior to starting back at 1 rep per minute or total reps completed in 15 min if you completed 15 reps in 15th min.
