**For those that have been doing this BEFORE CLASS this is Week 3 of a simple yet effective strict press progression. Much like last week, we are looking to increase somewhere around 3-5%. There will be one final iteration of this progression completed next week. Today we are using this as a skill for class as well as prep for the burpee.
