  • All repetitions are team totals, where one partner is working with the other resting.
  • If we do not have access to a bike, complete instead on the rower, for again 50/35 calories.
  • On the kettlebell swings, we are looking for a load that both partners are comfortable completing 21+ repetitions unbroken with, when fresh if they went for it.
  • To be “Rx”, we are looking for a two foot jump up from each burpee.
