Initial Consult
The initial consultation is how to start your nutrition journey. This 60 minute long consultation can begin with an InBody Scan to get the most accurate read on your current body compositions. After reviewing your results, you and the coach will discuss your current lifestyle and goals. The coach will provide you with action steps in order to reach your goals.
Standard On Going Coaching
After the initial consultation, you have the option to begin On Going Coaching. This offers accountability and guidance from your coach through an app. We additionally meet once a month face to face to discuss progress and places for improvement. Additionally, InBody Scans are included ($30 value) at your coaches discretion. This is great option for any individuals beginning their nutrition journey and need support and accountability to stay on track.
