ATTENTION – please read carefully – schedule for week of July 25th
In order for us to move and start setting up CFB3.0 we will need to be flexible with programming the week of July 25th.  We are going to offer classes at our more consistently popular times and lean on our coaches and friends as well as a little luck from mother nature.  We understand and appreciate that
CFB 3.0 will be official in just a couple of weeks. The first big move will take place at 8am on Saturday July 23rd. Due of the number of people involved and all the equipment being prepped for transport we will NOT have Open Gym on Saturday the 23rd.  We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we make
